Why do we risk offending our readers by having a political section on our website? Jesus called us “the salt of the earth”. Salt resists corruption – and the largest area of moral decay and corruption is in the “marketplace of ideas”, also known as politics. One of the biggest lies perpetrated on Christians is that they should not express their views about this cultural war because it offends others -- and that is un-Christ-like. We disagree. Why? Because right and wrong are Godly Biblical absolutes and too many Christians today wrongly think that their faith in Jesus Christ has little to do with their political beliefs. The reason America is collapsing is because “good people did nothing” when a flood of evil roared in. Where do we get the idea that this pleases God?
The following information is offered from various individuals that are concerned about the current ongoing collapse of America and the relentless attacks against the Constitutional Law handed down by America’s Founding Fathers. Strangely, some of these attacks originate from within "Christian" churches, which attempt to preach a false “socialistic gospel” that they say is from the Holy Scriptures. At Rock of Offence we support the unpopular effort to preserve the original intent of our Constitution (including the Bill of Rights). Yet, we may not necessarily agree with all points of view found in this information. Some material may be offensive to some visitors. However, to make wise and informed decisions, we should educate ourselves about the vicious culture and values war in America, which is hurting the Christian Church.
